• Recommended as the first step for beginning hockey players that have completed a Learn to Skate session and have a solid base of fundamental skills

• Emphasis on creating a fun, challenging environment for players to learn the basic principles of skating and stickhandling through station-based drills and skill-building games

• Players will be grouped by skill level
